Do vašeho průzkumu dorazili noví členové posádky. Nebudou však pracovat jen pro kohokoli – nejprve musíte prokázat, že vaše lodě jsou jejich služeb hodny.

Hráči získávají karty posádky splněním jejich předpokladů. Jakmile hráč dosáhne cíle, vezme příslušnou kartu posádky z balíčku a položí ji lícem nahoru před sebe. Ve většině případů to odhalí novou kartu posádky se stejným jménem, ale s mírně obtížnějším cílem pro ostatní hráče. Každý hráč může naverbovat pouze 1 z každé unikátní karty posádky. Každá karta posádky na konci hry získá počet bodů odpovídající odměně kapitána daného hráče.
