Han llegado nuevos tripulantes para ayudarte en tu exploración. Sin embargo, no trabajarán para cualquiera: primero debes demostrar que tus naves son dignas de sus servicios.

Los jugadores reclutan cartas de tripulación cumpliendo sus requisitos. En cuanto un jugador alcanza este objetivo, toma la carta de tripulación correspondiente de la pila y la coloca boca arriba frente a él. En la mayoría de los casos, esto revelará una nueva carta de tripulación del mismo nombre, con un objetivo ligeramente más difícil para que otros jugadores lo alcancen. Cada jugador solo puede reclutar 1 de cada carta de tripulación única. Cada carta de tripulación otorga puntos iguales a la recompensa del capitán de ese jugador al final del juego.
