Works of Wonder memperkenalkan perluasan pada papan utama untuk menampung Kartu Kontribusi/Konsekuensi yang baru, dan melacak Pengaruh para pemain. Pemain bersaing untuk membangun 5 Keajaiban, sambil mendapatkan dukungan dari token Putri dan Profiteer baru yang bergerak di sekitar papan utama. Juga disertakan sistem solo yang sepenuhnya baru dengan 6 lawan unik untuk bersaing.
The five wonders themselves are chunky cardboard with a nice finish, and racing to claim them completely changes how the table negotiates. The added side board for the contribution and consequence cards fits the main board perfectly, no wobble at all. Racing to build all five wonders kept everyone at the table way longer than our usual games.
The influence tracker on the side board is a nice touch—it keeps everyone’s standing visually clear without constant rulebook checks. Setting up the five wonders feels like a real race, and the added cards give each round a fresh twist.
