The scene-setting guidance for the GM made it so easy to jump right in without over-prepping, and everyone at the table was hooked by the first challenge. Works great with a group of four, though I'd say five is the sweet spot if you can swing it.

Ran this with five players last weekend and the pacing held up surprisingly well even with a big group. The narrator guidance keeps the GM from overplanning, which let my table improvise scenes I never would've scripted. Our usual one-shot group is now asking for a full campaign.

The GM section is the real MVP here—it gives you just enough structure to build scenes without drowning you in rules. I’ve used it with four players and the challenge prompts kept everyone engaged for a solid three-hour session. Perfect for groups that love improvising but need a gentle push.
