The whole corruption mechanic where your workers pile up in prison and you have to decide whether to bail them out is such a clever twist on worker placement. Every game so far has ended close, and building my cathedral for those Archbishop points felt genuinely tense.

The twist where your workers get thrown in prison if you push the Archbishop too hard caught me off guard in the best way. Building combos stack up nicely, and the solo variant actually holds its own against playing with friends.

The worker placement here is tense from the very first turn, and I love how hiring apprentices lets you pivot your whole strategy mid-game. Building the cathedral adds such a clever layer of risk that I’m already planning our next session.
